PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cosmoline Direct accepts the following methods of payment:      

• Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• PayPal
• Purchase Order - for pre-approved commercial accounts

Purchase Orders & Commercial Accounts 
Prefer not to pay by credit card? You can submit a purchase order by selecting "Purchase Order" as the payment method during online checkout, or by emailing your PO to Sales@CosmolineDirect.com.  If you’re unsure whether you have an account with Cosmoline Direct, LLC, or need to set one up, simply send us your purchase order or contact us at Sales@CosmolineDirect.com. A representative will promptly follow up if needed. To apply for a commercial account, email your trade references along with your first purchase order, and we can typically set up your account and ship your order within one business day.

Stocking Locations & Distribution Hubs
Cosmoline Direct, LLC maintains inventory in British Columbia and across the United States. New distribution hubs in Canada are planned for 2026 and 2027. Orders are shipped from the nearest stocking location within the delivery country, minimizing shipping costs and delivery times for our valued customers. Please note, will-call service is not available at this time.   Most orders ship via Canada Post.  We can ship FedEx Ground Collect for Business/Commercial customers using their FedEx account at no charge.

Return Policy
Cosmoline Direct accepts returns for unopened, unused and undamaged merchandise in "factory new" condition within 30 days of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.  Merchandise returned in non factory new condition is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. For any questions or return requests, please feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.
