Return Policy
Cosmoline Direct accepts returns for unopened, unused and undamaged merchandise in "factory new" condition within 30 days of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.  Merchandise returned in non factory new condition is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping Information
Orders placed on RP-342.CA ship from Bristish Columbia, however, additional hubs will be opened across Canada in late 2026.   Orders ship via Canada Post or FedEx (at Cosmoline Direct's discretion) from the nearest stocking location within the delivery country, minimizing shipping costs and delivery times for our valued customers. Please note, will-call service is not available at this time.  All orders ship via Ground service and usually ship within 1 business day from the date the order is placed.  Cosmoline Direct can ship FedEx Ground Collect for Business/Commercial customers using their FedEx account at no charge.  Tracking information is provided as soon as the order is picked up and scanned by the carrier.  If you have any questions regarding our shipping practices or policies, please contact us.
